In the heart of the role:

• Manage daily clinic cash transactions and preparing vouchers;
• Assist to prepare monthly bank reconciliation;
• Ensure all cash received are properly applied via proper management of all cash applications;
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operation excellence;
• Support year-end audit and taxation compliance;
• Assist in ad hoc assignments.

 Desired Qualification & Experience:

• Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
• At least 5 year relevant working experience in accounting;
• Knowledge in Flex Accounting System and Dynamic AX or other similar systems is a plus; 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good Excel and PC skills.
