Job Description

• Work closely with the solution team in understanding the business requirements for IFRS17 solution (including GLINT, RDE-Jaspersoft and HFM Outbound)
• Requirements Document * Design unit test cases in line with the business requirements
• Prepare mocked up data and expected results for unit test
• Maintain and update reconciliation tool (e.g. Alteryx)
• Validate IFRS17 run results vs expected results generated by the corresponding reconciliation tool during testing
• Raise change requests for any new business requirement that needs to be implemented within IFRS17 solution, identify risks and impacts to the end- to-end solution design and data flow
• Raise defects identified during testing in Jira and support in investigation and root cause analysis

Requirements:

• Knowledge of IFRS17 concepts and principles preferred
• Knowledge of Aptitude and/or other similar IFRS17 solutions (e.g. SAPMoody's, SAS, Tagetik, Legerity) desirable
• Good understanding of finance architecture and data flows
• Familiar with financial reporting and closing processes
• Ability to extract, format and analyze large data sets using tools like SQL developer, Excel, MS Access, Alteryx, etc.
• BI and reporting tools
• Jira or other similar issue and project tracking software
