Job Description

• Responsible for accounts receivable, all-round credit control and review
• Conduct account reconciliation and match with the broker's actual accounts
• Keep constant communication with internal and external parties regarding queries and disputes with their accounts
• Produce various reports for management on debtors' status
• Assist in development of the company credit policy and credit control
• Improve and streamline the order to cash process
• Perform month-end closing & prepare periodic schedules

Job Requirement

• Degree holder with 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experienced in insurance/ financial services is most preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Attention to details and well-organized
• Independent, pro-active and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
