Job Description

The Job

  • Organize and conduct risk management workshops and training 
  • Facilitate department to identify, assess and evaluate risk events in their operations
  • Monitor the corporate key risks by design and regularly update the key risk indicator (“KRI”), and send risk alert to departments 
  • Maintain the Group’s Business Continuity Management Programme (“BCM”), including annual drill exercise, crisis management, preparing training material, etc.
  • Maintain the environmental, social and governance (“ESG”) exercise
  • Assist Department Head to prepare report for Audit Committee Meeting, and compile Corporate Governance Report and ESG report for annual reporting
  • Assist to review policies and procedures with Governance, Risk & Compliance (“GRC”) elements
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks

The Requirement

  • Degree holder in Risk Management, or Finance & Accounting discipline with professional qualification in either IRM, HKICPA, CIA and/ or CISA
  • Over 6 years’ working experience in risk management, business continuity management, policies and procedures development/review, internal audit or internal control, preferably in property related, food & beverage and/ or hotel industries
  • Solid knowledge with hands-on experience in Sustainability/ESG Reporting
  • Knowledge and experience in IT risk is a plus
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good analytical (both qualitative and quantitative), problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
