Client Details

Our client is reputable medical device manufacturer, constantly making breakthroughs in the health-care field. Their international presence covers multiple countries & operates with a pool of multi-national projects to sustain growth and revenue. To capitalise their expansion in HK, they are seeking to recruit a Service Engineer.

Description

• Preform corrective and preventive maintenance, installations, validations, and calibrations on designated devices
• Execute validation & regulatory duties on in house products in accordance with the design, customers requirements and the reliability during product release stage
• Liaise with internal project stakeholders for on site facilitation for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction level is reached
• Attend to emergency situations on site as requested to resolve technical difficulties or malfunctions of machinery

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Information Engineering or any other Engineering/ Medical Science disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years of experiences to field servicing/ on site work, preferably all of which is obtained from a medical device firm
• Candidates with life science or healthcare medical equipments/ devices is preferred
• Candidate should be out-going with great interpersonal skills in order to liaise with multiple stakeholder
