One of the MNC fast growing consumer brands is looking for a Regional FP&A Director to report into senior management directly.

About the job:

• Support APAC President and senior management team in financial strategic planning and provide sound business decision
• Interact with management team members to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendation
• Provide timely and effective data to serve as a basis for sound management decisions including profit plans, cost systems, management control reports and related financial analysis
• Evaluate company performance versus the external environment and competitors in areas such as financial performance and market share, in order to identify potential business opportunities and support business expansion in APAC regions
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policy by initiating control reviews by participating in audit reviews to evaluate financial control performance

About the person:

• A business degree; preferably in finance / accounting related discipline
• Minimum 12 years experience of accounting, commercial finance & financial planning & analysis
• Experience from consumer/ FMCG related business is essential
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to develop people with sufficient technical and managerial capabilities to ensure effective organizations.
• Solid experience managing regional context
• Ability to influence across indirect reporting lines sitting in different APAC regions
• Excellent command in English and other Asian languages both spoken and written
