• Manage bank relationship and business related documentation, serves as the coordinator between banks and respective internal departments on the documentation;
• Review company bank account strategy and Treasury management system administration;
• Act as an coordinator for annual audit between auditors and banks
• Assist Treasury director the development of bank strategy framework to support company funding;
• Review and manage company accounts and documentation;
• Support team to coordinate with company business units to arrange for transaction funding;
• Consolidating departmental fund flow and internal loan reporting;
• Managing the update and administration of all Treasury policies and regular reporting;
• Review and document the internal control, operational risks to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of existing controls to ensure compliance with all regulations;
• Developing a good working relationship with internal teams proactively to smooth information collection process;
• Provide guidance and feedback to team to achieve departmental goals.

• Degree in a numerical discipline, business administration is an advantage
• At least 5 years experiences in corporate treasury and operations in financial industry.
• Independent, cooperative and good communication
• Highly-motivated, honest and considerate person.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
