Job Description
THE COMPANY :

- We offer a full range of moving and relocation services including household moving, storage, baggage shipments, freight forwarding, vehicle shipping...etc
- We are looking for ACCOUNTANT - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Accounting team of 4 members
- Report to Group Accountant
- Perform financial reporting, book-keeping and general ledger management as well as general day to day accounting.
- Checking and processing of invoices
- Processing and allocation of daily bank statement
- Collections and direct debit set up
- Processing Claims/Refunds
- Debtor reconciliations
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Debtor and Creditor maintenance
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts and statements
- Preparation of payments and cheques, local and overseas payments
- Credit card payments and receipting
- Contractor payments
- Co-ordinate with Auditor, Tax Agent, Company Secretary and Banker
- Accounting studies
- Have 5-8 years’ working experience in the Accounting field
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Knowledge in shipping / logistics/ forwarders industry is an advantage
- Proficient in Windows Office Suite is a must (excel, word, outlook etc)
- Familiar with standard transaction processing and general journals, across multiple currencies and accounts.
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 15 days
