Responsibilities:

• Handling daily accounting operations including AR/AP, general journal entries, bills and payments, bank reconciliation;
• Handle full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, general ledger, fixed assets register, prepayment, accruals and month-end closing and etc;
• Prepare monthly management accounts with accounting schedules and reconciliations on timely basis, including trust reconciliation against client assets;
• Liaise with external auditor and tax representatives for the preparation of statutory financial reports and tax filing.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 2-3 years accounting experience for the financial services sector;
• Highly independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, capable to meet deadline and work under pressure
• Excellent fresh graduates will also be considered

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills;
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong sense of responsibility and multi-tasked
