We’re partnering exclusively with a sizable HK listed company to seek a Chief Financial Officer to manage the finance function for the group holdings company and act as a strategic partner with the CEO and COO on business development.

Key responsibilities:

Directly reports to the CEO and leads a medium-sized team in HK, PRC, and overseas; you will be responsible for managing the group finance operation, including financial control, FP&A, tax, treasury, etc., and overseeing the preparation of interim and annual reports. You will be heavily involved in corporate finance activities, e.g., M&A, financing to facilitate business strategic planning and development. You will lead the finance projects to strengthen the internal control and compliance following updated regulatory compliance and drive CSR/ERM projects together with the head of IA and business heads.  

Role requirements:

You will be a degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines (MBA preferred) and be a qualified CPA. You will have a minimum of 10 years of work experience in a finance leadership role in a listed company or large MNCs. You will be technically solid and updated accounting knowledge in HKFRS/IFRS/PRC GAAP. You will have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills with strong commercial acumen. A strategic mindset with a can-do attitude is essential. You will have prior experience working with top management, board of directors, and business owners with good communication and interpersonal skills.
