Job Description
To cope with our company growth, we are looking for a high-calibre candidate to fill the post of Administration Clerk, which is providing total solutions to property management companies and their occupants.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative work such as quotation & invoice
- Place order, i.e., cleaning material & machinery for site staff
- Plan and coordinate with water tank cleaning schedules & sentry liquid services
- Outstanding debts follow up
- Liaise and follow up with client enquiries
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- High school graduate or above, preferably to have a minimum of 1 year of work experience, recent graduate will also be considered
- Proficient in PC including MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Independent, responsible, strong self-motivation and willing to learn
- Able to handle multitasks
- A good team player
- Immediately available is preferred
