Responsibilities:

• Reconcile accounts, post journal entries and maintain complete general ledgers to achieve a full and accurate statement of financial position
• Ensure the proper and timely booking of all payments and employee expenses and keep financial records updated and accurate
• Monitor the cash flow status, prepare relevant reports for cash flow management
• Prepare month-end & year-end financial reports and schedules
• Identify risks and resolve critical issues related to the achievement of business plans
• Render support on internal and external audit reports

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application including Word and Excel
• Knowledge on SAP and Cognos would be advantageous
• Self-motivated and capable to meet tight schedules
• Attentive to details, well organized and willingness to learn
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin
