Responsibilities

• To plan, execute, review, and enhance internal control and business efficiency
• Support, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition ideas and deals
• Cover finance, accounting, and control of investee companies after acquisition
• Liaison with stock exchange, regulators, service providers, and other stakeholders
• Other ad hoc projects or responsibilities as requested by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
• Member of HKICPA
• Solid relevant work experience from Big 4 and listed companies
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience might be considered as Business Control Manager
