Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle routine accounting duties especially on accounts payable;
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheque payment and bank reconciliation, payroll and payment transactions;
- Handle full set of small-sized group companies’ account;
- Assist in preparation of annual audit including preparing audit schedules and liaison with external auditors;
- Handle or assist in other accounting duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager
Requirement:
HKCEE/HKDSE or above in Accounting with LCCI intermediate or above
- 3 years or above working experience in accounting
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Clerk
- Familiar with accounting software and PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Able to meet deadline and work independently
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
