Responsibilities: 

• Handle routine accounting duties especially on accounts payable;

• Perform day-to-day accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheque payment and bank reconciliation, payroll and payment transactions;
• Handle full set of small-sized group companies’ account;
• Assist in preparation of annual audit including preparing audit schedules and liaison with external auditors;
• Handle or assist in other accounting duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager

Requirement:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above in Accounting with LCCI intermediate or above

• 3 years or above working experience in accounting
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Clerk
• Familiar with accounting software and PC knowledge in MS Excel and Word
• Able to meet deadline and work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferable
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
