Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly management reporting, analysis and budgeting of expense by line of business and divisions
• Improve timeliness and quality of management reporting and provide insightful analytics to support management decision
• Be a trusted partner and cultivate efficiency culture and provide recommendations on management actions of improving expense efficiency
• Support the maintenance of expense management related systems
• Support and participate in the automation of the preparation of management report, enhancement of expense allocation platform, budget and forecast process e.g. business requirement, User Acceptance Testing

Qualifications:

• University graduate with minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in expenses management and controlling in Financial Institution
• Experience in handling system implementation, UAT, development of visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)
• Client oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Expense Management
