About the Company

A well-respected UK law firm is looking for a senior accountant to join their finance team. They have a strong international presence with over 20+ offices around the globe. You will be overseeing the AP team and supporting the accounting, reporting, tax and audit related matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and review of trial balance
• Assist in group, local statutory and internal audits
• Assist in corporate and partner’s tax filing
• Work with CFO & Senior Finance Manager on annual budget preparation and review the forecast and budget
• Supervise the AP team

Requirements:

• Professional qualification from a recognized accountancy
• Knowledge of the HK tax system and audit standards
• Familiar with HK & UK SRA Accounts Rules
• Strong technical skills in financial accounting
• Experience of using Elite 3E is an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
