Job Description
Assistant Manager (Business Planning & Analysis)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to design and perform data analysis reports and provide insights to management
- Assist in target setting, resource planning, tracking and reviewing channel performance
- Participate in reward scheme design, implementation and effectiveness review
- Review operational efficiency and initiate process improvement
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Analysis, Statistics, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Proficiency in MS Office application
- Good programming skills e.g. SQL Server, Access or Visual Basic for Application
- Knowledge of business intelligence such as Tableau is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
