• Handle full set of accounting duties i.e. financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and management financial analysis
• Liaise and troubleshoot with designated units on all month-end closing matters
• Handle monthly / quarterly group management reporting
• Review monthly financial reports & accounts reconciliation prepared by finance service center teams in Head Quarter
• Supervise the finance service teams for daily financial duties
• Assist in managing procurement & payment approval to ensure compliance with group policies & procedures
• Handle statutory audit & prepare audited financial statements
• Ensure all workflow align with corporate policies & guidelines & statutory requirements
• Enhance internal controls of finance & accounting functions & business operations
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance discipline
• Qualified HKICPA / equivalent internationally recognized accounting qualification
• 4-5 years experience in auditing &/accounting from sizable company
• Solid financial reporting experience in matrix organization / retail accounting experience would be an advantage
• Independent, proactive, detail-oriented with good analytical mind & good problem solving capabilities
• Willing to work overtime (weekend/ public holiday overtime work for monthly closing with compensation leave)

• Willing to take challenges and multitasking
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all levels
• Proficient in PC applications (eg. MS Excel) and experience in SAP and ERP systems is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
