Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheques and bank reconciliation, bank receipts and payment transactions and filing
• Update cheque register and follow up on signing and dispatch of cheques
• Update receipt files and reconcile with maintenance and supplier payables
• Prepare journals and analysis for month end closing
• Bank, credit card and other payment gateways reconciliation and journal entries
• Outside work required (e.g. bank and post office)
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• HKCEE / DSE or Diploma / LCCI
• 1-2 years working experience
• Basic accounting knowledge or experiences
• Proactive work attitude, detail-minded, self-motivated and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and meet the tight deadline
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
