Acts as a business partner for budget owners and provides feedback and guidance to support proper decision making process. Share insights about the spend and monitor actual results versus budget and forecast. As a solid Finance team member, supports on overall accounting activities in close collaboration with Commerical Finance Manager.

What We Ask

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related discipline, a member of a recognised accounting body or similiar qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting / audit field
• SAP experience is mandatory
• Experience with working in professional and mulitnational company, preferably in FMCG
• Knowledge of IFRS, HK GAAP and HK taxation guidelines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Independent, proactive, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
• Strong communication in spoken and written English and Chinese

•  Manage and liaise Financial Accounting operation with the support from Shared Service Centre (SSC) in KL as well as global team in NL
• Participate and monitor month end closing and monthly forecast as well as cashflow
• Support budget/forecast submission
• Develop FP&R reporting to improve the visibility & transparency by using BI toolings
• Assist supervisor on audit and tax matters
• Cooperate with other relevant functions to facilitate daily finance & accounting operations and build the relationship between SSC and local commercial teams
• Perform regular risk assessment to ensure internal controls are in place
• Regular review the process and way of working with SSC to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
• Review and Assess Functional SOP and approval limits so as to improve operational efficiency with transparent management
