With the changing needs of the markets and commitment towards sustainable development & growth in the regions, we are currently looking for an experienced finance talent to join the organization. The role is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Financial Controller
• Coordinate and execute corporate finance related assignments, including direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, notifiable and connected transactions and other fund-raising activities
• Assess potential investments, prepare business and investment analysis and proposals
• Perform financial modelling and analysis work for corporate funding and capital structure
• Assist in interim and annual audit and perform financial analysis on business units’ performance
• Co-ordinate with bankers on treasury matters
• Liaise with professional parties including external auditors, lawyers, valuers and sponsors, etc.
• Lead annual budget and liaise with stakeholders from different practices, handle forecasts and prepare monthly management reports
• Assist with business presentations and pitchbooks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties if necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor in accounting or finance, with HKICPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years’ experiences, preferably with concrete experience in corporate finance and / or related fields or in listed company or BIG 4 auditing experience with strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and relevant regulatory requirements for deal execution
• Proficiency in MS Office application
• Good command on both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with strong analytical mind
• Proactive, problem-solving and strong team player are essential attributes
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
