Job Description
Immediately available candidates are highly preferred! Candidate with less experiences will be considered as an Assistant Manager
- Providing leadership and expertise on the design and implementation of pragmatic Internal Controls that ensures risks are within the risk appetite set by the management.
- Leading and mentoring the Internal Audit team, you will develop a culture that is forward-looking in relation to risk management, operational and financial audits across different regional business segments, coordinate IT audit reviews
- Actively contributing to the uplift of internal control environment through effective analysis of risk and evaluation and assessment of existing and proposed controls
- Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of current internal controls, identify, and communicate the results of investigation including control deficiencies, fraud matters and root causes, and provide constructive recommendations to management for rectification and improvement
- Achieving the desired Internal Audit outcomes in accordance with legislation, industry best practice and the Company's stated risk appetite.
- Preparation and delivery of the Internal Audit Plan. Provide audit planning / risk assessment, audit execution, closure, and reporting which are practical and reflect the context in which the regional business operates
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or other relevant disciplines, minimum of 8 years’ experience in internal audit roles and 3 years in managerial level
- CPA/CIA/CISA qualifications or relevant
- Solid internal audit experience within F&B/Retail/FMCG sizable MNCs or HK listed companies would be ideal
- Attentive to details, Analytic and practical problem solver
- Be safety-focused and professional in dealings with all stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team leader and player, ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests
- Candidates with IT audit exposure or familiar with system implementation reviews and have strong sense of process automation are definitely added advantages
- Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
- Minimal business travel is required
- Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
