Key Responsibilities:

• On-the-job training to establish related business expertise
• Perform full set of accounts and Month-End closing
• Able to handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing
• Responsible for the preparation of cheques and payment vouchers
• Provide administrative assistance to the Team
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisors

What we are looking for:

• LCCI Intermediate/ Diploma of Accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome). Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts Officer
• Good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards
• Mature, attentive to details, self-motivated, and well organized
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
• Proficiency in MS Office, Flex System or other accounting software
• Good verbal and written communications skills in English and Chinese
