• Supervising staff to create bills timely and accurately
• Keeping good custody of the source materials of the bills and ensure they are traceable;
• Maintaining and improving the billing slip transmission logistics;
• Liaising with various departments on billing;
• Liaising with external institutions such as insurance companies on billing matters, including but not limited to payment terms, credit facility;
• Training staff on billing techniques;
• Providing statistics related to billing when required;
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines
• Working experience in accounting field will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience in ERP system is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
