Responsibilities:

• Report to the North Asia Financial Controller
• Handle full set of accounts and prepare month end and year end closing
• Handle intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
• Handle interim and annual audit, tax computation and tax filing
• Manage suppliers’ invoices and monitor overheads expenses
• Coordinate with finance shared service team in Malaysia for daily financial duties
• Prepare management reports, forecast and budget report
• Prepare schedules and follow up outstanding items
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ working experience in accounting field
• Business understanding in logistics or Shipping industry is a PLUS
• Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 is an advantage
• Excellent in using MS Office applications
• Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• A mature, trustful person, self-motivated team player, and fast learner
• Candidate with short notice period is preferred
