Our clients is Euro listed MNC company. They are looking for a Regional Tax Specialist to join their tax team. The role is at corporate level and based in HK with minimal travel. The role will oversee Southeast Asia taxation and resolve tax issues. The company offers attractive benefits and as market leader in the industry with a stable business environment.

Job Description

• Oversee divisional tax issues on group and regional levels
• Provide recommendations to business units on tax compliance and ensure compliance to company policy and tax statutory
• Work on corporate income tax provision, deferred tax income and expenses and tax fillings to governments
• Involve in tax audit/investigation and offer advisory services accordingly to tax regulations
• Identify tax risks and actively involve in resolving local tax cases
• Act as subject matter expert in corporate tax across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia

 Why you

• Degree holder from any disciplines
• At least 4 years of experience in corporate tax
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills to work with cross-cultural teams across senior & operational levels
• Knowledgeable in HK or other Asia taxation
• Excellent command of Chinese and English
