Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling accounts receivable duties, prepare AR aging and monthly reports
• Perform Finance operations activities in premiums collection, payments, system settlements, reconciliations and analysis, with an objective of clearing balances timely and efficiently
• Clear unidentified receipts and payment discrepancies
• Document operating procedures for receipts, payments and credit controls; and
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance, or related subjects is preferred
• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Good English and Chinese typing skills
• A proactive team player with good organizational and communication skills
• Insurance background is preferred
• Immediate available is a plus
