Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily accounting operations such as G/L, A/P, A/R, cheque issues, invoice checking, data inputs and filing etc..
- Handle bank reconciliation for group companies,
- Track and audit petty cash,
- Assist in monthly reporting procedures,
- Assist with cheque bank in,
- Assist with the preparation of business plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts,
- Assist and support in any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- F. 5 or DSE graduate with LCCI Intermediate or above,
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience,
- Experience in account consultancy firm is a plus,
- Possess accounting knowledge and interest in building up accounting policy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Strong computer skills
- Sense of confidentiality, honesty and stability
- Detailed mind and can work under pressure
