• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete operational budget, forecast and Mid term plan and monitor company's performance
• Issue financial reports periodically and drive the related departments take actions required to achieve the operational budget
• Strengthen and improve the internal control system
• Ensure external financial audit to be completed in compliance with HKFRS
• Prepare profit tax return and computation and handle tax enquiries from the tax authorities
• Manage cashflow including payment and receipt
• Ensure custody asset's values and existence
• Manage team members
• Perform ad-hoc duties when required

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related discipline
• Professional accounting qualification e.g. HKICPA or equivalent
• 5 years budget controlling experience
• 5 years finance manager's experience
• Experience in tax computation 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Great communication and negotiation skill
• Proficient in Excel and Access
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting standards, Company Ordinance and other related regulations (Knowledge of USGAAP is preferable)
