Our client is an eminent international IT solution firm with strong operation footprint in APAC. This role would be taken part in the full set of accounts and AR for the regional business of the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing (including preparation of journal entries & month-end schedules) and assistance in audit
• Handle routine and ad hoc reporting to head office in China
• Handle accounts receivables, billings/collections and prepare related reports
• Supervise an accounting assistant in daily AP invoices input and weekly payment processing
• Oversee all accounting activities to ensure financial data accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company’s accounting policy and adherence of internal controls

Requirements: 

• Associate Diploma or above in Accountancy, or related disciplines
• At least 4 years relevant experience 
• Proficient in Excel, MS Word and Chinese Word processing 
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Both Mandarin & Cantonese) 
• Computer literacy, preferably with sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel, SAP Business One and HSBCnet operation
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Senior Accounting Officer
