Responsibilities

• Oversee all finance related matters for the Group including financial reporting, regulatory reporting and taxation 
• Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance and SFO
• Responsible for drafting or reviewing announcements, circulars and financial statements;
• Maintain all finance related policies and procedures
• Monitor performance and cash management of operating units, identify issues and make recommendations to the management for related control and procedures;
• Compile internal reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
• At least 10-15 years’ working experience in accounting field in Financial Industry, big four exposure is an advantage 
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Chinese ( Cantonese & Mandarin ) and English. 
• Independent, flexible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
