Responsibilities:

• Handling price setting and checking;
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable breakdown of customers;
• Resolving pricing queries with sales team and customers.
• Ensure all pricing information is properly entered into net pricing system to monitor discounts (trading terms & promotion) and rebate calculation
• Prepare credit notes and debit notes to customers and input data for journal entries
• Check Daily Official Receipt & perform apply payment on AR System
• Maintain & keep proper record of minimum price list information
• Daily checking of pricing of sales orders, delivery notes & invoices
• Prepare, send & file period end Customer Statements
• Report on orders less than minimum price & abnormal credit sales transactions
• Update & maintain contingency plan should SDS system crashes
• Assist in maintenance of records of fixed assets
• Possess pleasant attitude to communicate with peers and supervisors, customers and staff from other depts
• Adapt to changes and make suggestions on improvement of SAP functions

Requirements:

• HKCEE or HKDSE graduates or above with LCC Intermediate
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferable with knowledge in Epicor and SAP system
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC skills, proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Capable of working under pressure to meet deadline
