Responsibilities:

• To manage accounting operations, including rental billing and disbursement of building rehabilitation subsidies
• To prepare management reports and financial analyses
• To support the revamp, enhancement and administration of financial systems
• To assist in streamlining and innovation of work processes
• To co-ordinate the review of accounting policies and procedures
• To perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Information System or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience including at least 4 years in a supervisory position
• Experience in financial system implementation and administration is an advantage
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and organize works effectively
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
