RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, accounts payable & receivable, vouchers and cheque payments
• Prepare bank book, bank reconciliations, cashflow and analyses
• Assist in month-end closing, including preparing accounting schedules and management accounts
• Prepare Payroll and allowance & commission calculation & MPF
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior

REQUIREMENTS

• HKCEE / DSE or above 
• 2 years' working experience in accounting field
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, English, Chinese Word Processing and computer accounting is a MUST
• Mature, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn and detail-minded
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is preferred
