Job Description
Our client is one of the leading Asia-focused investment banks across the global market. They are now looking for an Accounts & Payables Officer for the AP Team under Financial Control Department to support their business expansion. This is a 12-month contract position with view to renewal.
Responsibilities
- Perform supporting to the team/ manager by highlighting risk areas and escalate.
- Handling outgoing payments via e-banking systems
- Ensuring payments are properly supported and approved in compliance with internal policies
- Support UAT in Concur system changes
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines
- 2 years or above working experience in Account Payable in financial service industry or MNC
- Proficient in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP Concur system would be an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical sense and high accuracy
- High level of problem-solving skills is required
- Proactive work attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good commend of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 5-day work; Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm
- Working Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
