Job Responsibilities:

Assist in accounting function including but not limited to accounts, receivable/payable, routine payment and bank transactions

Perform general clerical and administrative work, such as filing and data entry

Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by Accountant / Finance Manager

Assist in month end closing Journal and preparation of month end schedule

Assist in the other ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

Diploma in relevant accountancy qualification with AAT or above

Interpersonal communication and analytical skills

2 years accounting working experience preferably in F&B industry

Hands-on PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsible, self-initiative, detailed mind and well organized

Multi-tasking under pressure, good time management

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Immediate available is preferred
