Our client is a organized conglomerate with business and operations globally, they are now seeking a Senior Position to join their Global Tax Team and will be directly reporting to the VP of Global Tax (Department Head)

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• To be responsible for jurisdictions of Regional and/or Global Tax including HK, SEA, Indian sub-continent, EU/US - corporate income tax returns, including all related preparation and analysis to ensure full compliance;
• To work closely with finance and accounting team to complete Group’s interim and annual reporting;
• To prepare/review HK/Overseas tax enquiries to both internal and external parties;
• To provide the insights and impact to the Group regarding latest tax development/regulations;
• To monitor tax assessments and tax payment trends to provide insights and improvement plans;
• To provide constructive comments on business transactions to comply with company policies and prevailing tax regulation;
• Deal with Tax authorities directly.

• Qualified accountant;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with prior Managerial experience from Big-4 firms;
• Solid experience with Hong Kong & Other countries' tax compliance;
• Knowledge of Singapore and Asia tax compliance would be a plus;
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
