Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance review and employee relations;
- Cover full set C&B operation, payroll processing, MPF, medical administration, taxation, leave attendance record;
- Create, maintain and update HR database;
- Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures;
- Prepare various periodical and/or ad-hoc HR analytical reports for management’s review;
- Handle general office and administration tasks; and
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
- 2 years or above relevant experience preferred;
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
- Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
- Ability to successfully multitask while working independently and responsibly;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized; and
- Mature, positive and flexible team player.
