Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance review and employee relations;
  • Cover full set C&B operation, payroll processing, MPF, medical administration, taxation, leave attendance record;
  • Create, maintain and update HR database;
  • Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures;
  • Prepare various periodical and/or ad-hoc HR analytical reports for management’s review;
  • Handle general office and administration tasks; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • 2 years or above relevant experience preferred;
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
  • Ability to successfully multitask while working independently and responsibly;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-minded with good efficiency and well organized; and
  • Mature, positive and flexible team player.
