• Responsible for the implementation of human resource management, such as human resource planning, recruitment and selection, assessment, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relationship management.
• Responsible for housekeeping, administrative support, logistics support service and other administrative management work.
• Responsible for establishing and improving various management systems and work procedures for human resource management and administrative management;
• Managing various HR projects such as annual performance review, salary & budget review, bonus, etc.
• Responsible for administrative affairs such as meeting management, official document processing, official reception, supervision, system setup, etc., and provide information feedback, decision-making support and daily operation service for the management;
• Handle general office and admnistration tasks
• Maintain and update HR database
• HR 70% ; Admin 30%

Requirements:

• Degree in Business management, business administration, human resources or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in all reound HR activities gaines from sizable companies 
• Good speaking and excellent writing in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a must;
• Good character, pleasant and mature personality
• Responsible, able to work under pressure, good team player;
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, social entertainment skills.
