Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform all-rounded administrative duties including equipment procurement and maintenance
- Provide clerical support on daily operation of administration and HR duties
- Support on-boarding and termination process for employees, including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts
- Maintain good filing system and handle day-to-day staffs' enquirers
- F.5 or above with at least 3 year's relevant experience
- Self-motivated, mature and well-organized
- Able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
