Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Perform all-rounded administrative duties including equipment procurement and maintenance
  • Provide clerical support on daily operation of administration and HR duties
  • Support on-boarding and termination process for employees, including interview arrangement, preparation of employment contracts
  • Maintain good filing system and handle day-to-day staffs' enquirers
Requirement:
  • F.5 or above with at least 3 year's relevant experience
  • Self-motivated, mature and well-organized
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
