Responsibilities:

• Responsible for secretarial and administrative support to the Company Secretary and Administration Department;
• Assist in handling contract and insurance renewal and claims;
• Provide support and manage daily office operations such as recording meeting minutes, office administration, expense claims and internal communication;
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system;
• Handle other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management.

• Higher Diploma, preferable in Business Administration or any related disciplines;
• 2 years or above related working experience in business administration is preferred;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Proactive, attention to details and good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
