• Report to top management of the group and be responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions include recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee relations and working visa arrangement etc;
• Drive annual compensation process including staff’s appraisal, salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilities recruitment and retention program;
• Ensure all HR processes and policies to comply with legal requirements;
• Review and manage personnel record and leave record;
• Provide general administrative support such as insurance and license registration & renewal etc;
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in HRM / Business Admin or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance
• Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill 
• Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak in Japanese is preferable
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
