Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and administring all-rounded HR operation tasks including but not limited to recruitment, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and staff relations.
- Lead a team to manage and administer all-rounded office administrative duties, including but not limited to office equipment, furniture and office supplies procurement, renovation and office relocation project management and expenses management, stationery and pantry items procurement, courier management, warehouse rental management, telephone system management, mobile phone plan management and car pool management
- Responsibile for setting up yearly objectives with work plan and schedule for HR and Office Administration operation teams to achieve agreed goals and strive for good results
- Responsible for continuous improvement of HR operation and Office Administration service
- Responsible for implementing HR and Administrative strategies and plans
- Responsible for implementing and monitoring of the company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislations and achieve operational effectiveness
- Responsible for various HR projects and initiatives, such as HR and Office Administration Automation, employee engagement activities etc.
- Responsible for budget preparation according to the department plan for the fiscal year
- Responsible for ad hoc assignment to support company development and growth
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in full spectrum HR functions, with at least 2 years’ supervisory experience
- Well-versed with HK Employment Ordinance and Income Tax Ordinance etc.
- Strong leadership, mature, independent, self-motivated, proactive, positive, result-oriented, strong ownership and commitment, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in dynamic and challenging environment.
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC operation including Microsoft word, Outlook, Excel & Chinese word processing
- Relevant experience in HRIS implementation and development will be advantageous
- Immediately available is highly preferable
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer or HR Officer
