- 提供專業的行政支持
- 熟悉媒體網上平台宣傳及設計 (熟悉拍攝和剪片優先)
- Poster, Leaflet Design
- Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- 支援銷售團隊
職責:
- 與部門合作,協調項目進度;
- 協助或代表經理,與客戶和合作夥伴協商並跟進任務(會協助考取基本牌照);
- 準備通信文件,報告等;
- 協助公司會議/活動組織;
- 網上宣傳;
- 媒體創作;
要求:
- 良好的英語和中文讀寫能力;
- 較強的人際溝通能力,團隊合作精神;
- 熟悉MS Office (Words, Powerpoint & Excel)
- 熟悉Ipad 操作 (Keynote, numbers)
- 熟悉網絡營銷、短片製作
- 有創意、Marketing 經驗為佳
