• Provide administrative support to the HR team such as data entry, filing, scanning and other HR document processing
• Participate in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Undergraduate in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Well-versed with MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, well-organized, detail-minded and fast-paced
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (free shuttle bus at Tseung Kwan O Bus Terminal)
• Working hour: any 2 days a week, 9am-6pm
