Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all-round Human Resources functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, support in cinema projects and assist to handle staff EC cases
• Provide administration support including maintain employee database, filing, data input and other coordination work
• Assist in preparing HR reports & figures and ensure the accuracy
• Participate in various ad hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Human Resources management or related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant HR and Admin experience
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Detail-minded, proactive, well-organize and work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Immediate available is preferred
