Our client is a Top Tier Real Estate Developer. To cope with the expansion of the business, they are seeking for HR Officer to join their expanding team. 

Exciting new role for you 

• Drive a full spectrum of HR functions including performance management, organization development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee engagement etc
• Response for designated business units to provide value-added advisory services on a full range of HR matters to facilitate effective people management 
• Assist in the HR policies and other HR projects
  

Requirements 

• Holder of Degree in HR management or equivalent 
• At least 5 years of experience of relevant experience
• Strong Knowledge in Hong Kong Labour Law
• Proven Experience with property developers or property related companies is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
