Job Description

WHAT you be doing in this role:
  • Provide professional secretarial support to the COO on both business and personal matter.
  • Assist the COO in handling and monitoring the property leasing, investment, property management
  • Understand basic accounting inputs, petty cash control, private payments, credit cards, personal account payable and receivable, liaison with accountants and bankers
  • Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operation and personal matters included but not limit to handle business correspondences, mails, emails, telephone calls, document filing and other administrative duties
  • Handle and maintain confidential information and document management
  • Arrange for business trip cash advances, expenses claims and reimbursement
  • Assist the COO in maintaining good relations with business partners and associates
  • Provide timely support on private and family related matters, such as house maintenance, personal schedule, bill payments, arranging drivers & domestic helpers etc
  • Assist in Company’s projects and acting as project assistant for liaising with various internal and external parties
WHO are we looking for:
  • Bachelor's degree holder in Accounting/ business administration or related disciplines
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in supporting top executives in a fast-paced and professional working environment
  • Familiar with MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting is preferable
  • Excellent team player with a can-do attitude, self-motivated, work independently, proactive, positive attitude, able to work in fast-paced, tight deadlines and results-driven environment and multi-tasking
  • Good command of both spoken & written English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime
  • Strong sense of discipline and excellent time management
  • Willing to handle both company and personal tasks
  •  Immediate availability is highly preferred
