About the Company  

Our client is a renowned luxury retailer that has built a strong market presence in the Asia Pacific region. To cope with market recovery the local HR team is seeking for an all-rounded HR Officer / Senior HR Officer to join the team supporting Hong Kong and Macao markets.

Job duties:

• Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be serving as a Generalist providing all-round HR support to both office and retail staff.

• You will be closely partnering with respective Line Managers on staffing and manpower planning and provide professional HR advice.

• Handle all recruitment activities, including on and off-boarding arrangements, and work permit application (if any).

• Support on monthly payroll, payments, taxation, pension, insurance, and benefits administration.

• Participate in C&B projects including retail commission scheme review, salary survey, annual performance & salary review, cost budget & forecast, etc.

• Update and maintain personnel records in HR system and take part in HRIS trainings

• Prepare monthly reports for review and support other ad hoc office administrative duties

 
Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines.
• 2 years of HR generalist experience in Retail / FMCG industry
• MNC exposure and prior HR experience in any sizeable retailers will be an advantage
• Familiar with HK & Macao Employment Ordinance.
• Analytical and detail minded.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, flexible, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. V-lookup and Pivot table) is a must.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Well versed in written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin.
