Team Support Clerk

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Hong Kong office.

Job description:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of team and office
• Prepare charts and summary tables  
• Compile documents and maintains a filing system  
• File documents to government departments i.e. Inland Revenue Department, The High Court of HKSAR
• Deliver and collect documents
• Perform onsite inspections 
• Book keeping
• Perform company and market research

Requirements:

• HKDSE or other equivalent qualifications
• Similar experiences are preferable but not a must
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication skill
• Good command of both English and Chinese
